Return & Refund Policy

OnlyCarriers

At OnlyCarriers, we strive for complete customer satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your item within 30 days of the delivery date. This means the returned merchandise must be received by us within 30 days of delivery.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If a part arrives damaged or incorrect, it is considered a RETURN, and you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. The part must then be returned within 30 days.

Our 1-year warranty is not a 1-year return policy.


Return Instructions

  • DO NOT send merchandise back without notifying us first

  • DO NOT return the item to the address on the original packaging

  • Contact us for return instructions before shipping the item back


Return Shipping & Fees

  • If you no longer want the item or purchased it in error, you are responsible for return shipping and a 20% restocking fee

  • If the item is defective or we made an error, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label

  • We may request photos or documentation from your mechanic to verify damage or defect

  • Returned items must be in the exact condition received — unaltered, unmodified, and not disassembled


Shipping & Handling of Returns

  • You are responsible for properly packaging the item according to the carrier’s requirements

  • Do not refuse delivery or return to sender — the return address is different from the shipping origin

    • Refused shipments will cause delays and additional shipping charges


Incorrect Items Received

  • If you receive an item different from what you ordered and contact us within 30 days, we will:

    • Ship a replacement at our expense and

    • Refund return shipping once processed

  • If a replacement is unavailable, a full refund will be issued after the return is received

Refunds and warranties apply to parts only — labor is not covered.


Damaged Shipments

  • You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

  • We require photos of the damaged part and packaging to file a carrier claim


Refund Processing

  • Returns are processed in the order received

  • Refunds are issued within 3–5 business days after inspection

  • Please allow additional time depending on your credit card issuer


Order Cancellations

  • Cancellation requests made after 2 hours of placing an order are subject to a 20% restocking fee

  • If a cancellation request is unsuccessful and the item ships, the standard return process applies

  • Attempted cancellations do not void the return requirement once an item ships

Important Notes on Returns

  • Damage must be reported within 7 days, or we may be unable to file a claim

  • Items must be resellable unless defective and include all original accessories

  • If a return does not qualify for a refund, you will be notified by email

    • You will have 30 days to arrange return shipping at your expense

    • Unclaimed items may be disposed of after this period

  • Do not refuse packages or return to sender — this will delay processing and incur additional fees
